CreatorCore respects intellectual property rights and expects every tenant site, creator, studio, and account holder using the platform to do the same.

CreatorCore provides website technology, hosting, design, infrastructure, and related technical services. Many websites available through CreatorCore are operated by independent tenant site owners who control the content, media, credits, links, embeds, thumbnails, previews, scene pages, creator profiles, and copyright compliance associated with their own sites.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, CreatorCore is not the copyright owner, producer, publisher, seller, or operator of third-party platforms linked from tenant websites.

Tenant Websites Have Their Own DMCA Process

If your copyright complaint concerns material displayed on, hosted by, linked from, embedded in, indexed by, or otherwise made available through a specific CreatorCore-powered tenant website, please use that tenant website's DMCA / Copyright Policy first.

Tenant DMCA policies usually identify the site owner or operator, copyright contact, relevant email address, website URL, and any address or contact details used for copyright notices and counter-notices.

Contact The Relevant Tenant Site First

If your copyright complaint relates to content on a specific CreatorCore-powered tenant website, please contact that tenant site first using the DMCA, copyright, contact, or legal information shown on that website.

The tenant site owner is usually the best party to review the material, identify who uploaded or supplied it, check production or licence records, and remove, disable, correct, or respond to the disputed content.

Information To Include

To help review a copyright complaint, include your full legal name and contact details, the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, the URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material, and a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

You should also include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner, and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notices

If your copyright complaint relates to content hosted on another platform, you may need to contact that platform directly. A tenant site may still be able to remove or modify links, embeds, thumbnails, previews, descriptions, or references appearing on its own website.

If you cannot identify the relevant tenant contact, if the tenant site does not respond, or if you need CreatorCore to help route or resolve a copyright dispute, you may contact CreatorCore at admin [at] creatorcore [dot] me.

Please include the URL of the content, the name of the tenant site if known, identification of the copyrighted work, your contact details, a copy of any notice or counter-notice already sent to the tenant site, and a clear explanation of the issue.

CreatorCore may contact the relevant tenant site owner, forward the notice to the relevant party, request additional information, remove or disable access to content, restrict platform access, preserve relevant records, or take other action where appropriate. CreatorCore acting as a fallback contact does not mean CreatorCore accepts that infringement occurred.
